Top Ten Survival Tips

1. Reassure yourself by changing your thought patterns from negative to positive. Even when this seems too difficult to do. Remember we use the same energy for negative and positive thoughts.

2. Always keep in your mind how you want to live your life and try to remain focused on your goals.

3. Find a quiet spot - your space where you can listen to your inner voice on a daily basis.

4. Never ever give in or up - life is precious. Remember those that bring you down will continue with their life... Why should you not continue with yours!

5. Be realistic by changing one thing at a time whether practical or emotional. One small step at a time. Do not put added pressure on yourself.

6. Stay away from those people who take advantage of you as much as possible with their negative or abusive actions. You deserve more.

7. Remember you have as much right to inner peace and happiness as the next person. We are all equal.

8. Do not be afraid to ask for help. We all need advise and help at times in our life. Some people are just waiting to be asked and are wanting to help.

9. Learn to accept help from either friends or professionals. Everything has a purpose.

10. Have faith and courage, by learning to make small changes in your perception and the way you think about yourself and life, things will improve. Remember nothing is forever.
