" This is not a book for the faint-hearted. It is an inspiration for women, but men should read it too, because it seems that they can get locked into abusive relationships and think it is ok to damage women, both physically and mentally, but it isn't. Cheryl Frampton suffered more than most, but was eventually able to break away and find a happy life. The details are harrowing, but the ending is as we would hope for her. An inspiring read."
