Be willing and committed.
There will be times when I will ask things of you, sometimes this may seem a lot but certainly no more than you can handle ( if you think I have then please feel free to tell me). I will ask you to set higher goals as you reach current ones. I will ask you to raise your standards, tell the truth always, be open to new ideas or perspectives and be willing to experiment with new approaches. It really is up to you. Your own personal growth will be a result of how much you are prepared to try new things and how far you are prepared to reach. You will need to decide what is best for you and I will support you and help you in making these choices.
Do your homework
Each session you will decide on the action you will take for the coming week. I will hold you accountable for the commitments you make at those previous sessions and expect you to live up to your commitments you have made to yourself. If you are going to have a busy week please let me know and we will set more attainable objectives and work around this. If you have time you may choose to work on a larger task or tasks. Either way I will expect you to stick to your commitments and will encourage you to always do the best you can for yourself.
Be in a suitable environment
It is best to take your call in a quiet area where there are not distractions if we are not meeting face to face. This may involve having someone baby-sit the children, and turning of any other phones. Make sure you have pen, paper and glass of water close by. Coaching will not work for you if you are dependant on drugs or alcohol and I cannot coach you on these matters. It would be best to seek help from someone who is a specialist in these areas first.
Polices and Procedures
Your coaching session.
I offer coaching by appointment via the telephone or face to face for 60 minutes sessions. I may also email you between calls to offer encouragement, reminders, feedback, support and anything else we may have discussed that needs to be sent to you. Phone sessions are usually held the same day and time. The weeks we do not have a phone or personal session is when you will have a chance to coach yourself and spend m ore time on your actions steps you have decided.
Extra calls or emails
If you have a problem or made a breakthrough and you want to share it please feel free to contact me and I will endeavor to get back to you within 24 hours excluding weekends and public holiday if possible. While I will take time to talk between our sessions should you need this support and will not charge for this. I ask that you limit unscheduled calls to 5-10minutes.
Rescheduled, cancelled or missed calls
Please make your coaching sessions a priority and request that you be ready for my call at our agreed time. If you do have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances please call me at least with 24 hour notice or as soon as possible. Except for an emergency you will be charged for last minute cancellations and any scheduled calls you miss.
In the event I need to reschedule or cancel a session I will give you the client at least 24 hour notice. If due to unforeseen circumstances I am unable to give you 24 hours minimum notice I will add a free coaching session to the current months paid sessions.
Contracts:
A one- month coaching contract will be entered into and will be negotiated on a monthly basis thereafter. A monthly contract consists of 60 minute phone sessions or in person if applicable. Unlimited access to my email, extra calls as needed within reason. While you are only required to commit to one month of coaching at a time I strongly recommend you consider committing to coaching for a minimum of 1 month as the benefits of coaching build up over time. This way you will make this experience as valuable as possible. However, should you prefer, casual coaching sessions are also available.
Confidentiality:
For successful coaching we need to have a trusting partnership. As a certified advocate it is unethical to discuss a client’s business with anyone. Our conversations will always remain as confidential as is legally required, even after the coaching sessions have concluded.
Referrals:
Many of my clients come to me through referrals. If you have enjoyed our coaching sessions and feel that they have been of value to you, please feel free to share this experience with others and refer me to anyone you feel may benefit for what coaching has to offer. I am happy to offer anyone you refer to me a free 30-minute coaching session.

Certification
Payment and Fees
Payment:
On agreement of a coaching contract an invoice will be emailed, faxed or posted to you. Your coaching contract is to be paid before or on the day of your first session for that coaching period.
- You can pay by check or money order made out to Cheryl Frampton.
- By Pay Pal (account details will be given on request)
- By cash.
A receipt will be given for all payments.
Fees
- Individual Coaching Contracts Casual coaching sessions book and paid in advance - USA$75.00
- One month coaching fee to be paid in advance at $70.00 per session - USA$280.00
- Monthly contract fees include: Four 60 minute phone or personal sessions.
Unlimited access to my email (response time of 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays), Extra calls limited to 5-10 minutes.
Recommended Program
While you can chose any coaching session format you would prefer, often most clients ask me what type of program I would recommend. For maximum benefit 12 weeks of continual coaching would be my recommendation. However, I do realize that for some this is not always possible for everyone’s budget. Therefore I am flexible to accommodate this for you. Please feel free to discuss this with me after your first free session.
